On Reviews, Time, and Opening an Escort Service Today

It has been quite some time since I posted on this blog. In part my reason for this is a lack of interest in the topic. I figure if you really want to know how to open and operate an escort service, you will buy the book and get moving. While I did have some experience with booking calls on the phones, I never had a book to read on the subject when I opened my first escort service in Orlando back in 1992. I'm also not that interested these days because I'm poor, but in a situation where I have personal obligations and am stuck where I am doing nothing much to make money. I am unable to open a service to recover from my situation at this time, but if I could, I definitely would.

To elaborate on the aforementioned situation, which I rarely do publicly, I care for an elderly parent who is now in late stage dementia. I have been here for years. If I ever considered placing mom in a nursing home, the 2 weeks she spent in Solaris Rehab / nursing home facility in attempt to recover from a minor fall ended that idea quickly. Thanks to the neglect and incompetence of the staff at Solaris, mom will most likely never walk again. So now you know where I'm at and why I'm unable to move-on in life or just move and open an escort service to recover financially.

I made a discovery today which prompted this post. Blueprint for an Escort Service has only one bad review on Amazon - a 1-star review - and reading it has bothered me, mainly because it is stupid. If I were to spell out every single move and interaction that you might have in the course of opening and operating the service, I'd also be handing a guidebook to LE around the US. There are some things that you must figure out for yourself, but 999 out of 1000 people who have read the book, get that. The one that didn't get it, or perhaps just wanted to sink the book, is a cop. I must laugh - a cop gave my book 1-star! I didn't need to hunt for any info outside of his Amazon reviews to know that, because he states it in a different review.

So if cops hate the book, that's more reason for you to buy a copy if the topic is of interest. You never know when I'll be available to get back into the business and decide to eliminate new competition by removing the books.

For whatever reason (probably the cop's 1-star review), the great majority choose to purchase The Complete Blueprint for an Escort Service, which has no negative reviews. However, Blueprint for an Escort Service is more up-to-date and Complete Blueprint has marketing and advertising info mixed-in. The only thing that changes over time will be how you market and advertise your escort service. Marketing and advertising changes are frequent for almost any business, so that should be expected, and in this case make Blueprint the better buy.

I am unable to guarantee that I will be posting on this blog regularly in the future, but I am still available for consultations. This is the consultation page on my website with prices and services offered: Consultant Services - If you want my advice on a more personal level, contact me after you read the book and I will instruct on the consult process.

I was excited to see you posting again, but sorry to hear about your current circumstances and the health of your mother.

I really enjoyed your book and just bought it again in the Kindle version because I let a friend borrow my other copy and I doubt I'll ever get it back.

I know it's natural to focus on the negativity and I know it's easier said than done, but you should probably focus more on the positive reviews rather than the negative rating by a guy who claims to be a cop and own a cleaning company. Negative reviews can be useful if you can learn something from them; if they contain constructive criticism. Honestly, his 1-star rating was worse than his review (to me, his review seemed more like a 3-star rating). Then again, I've actually seen people give 1-star ratings for books for reasons having nothing to do with the book itself, like because the book was lost in the mail or because the wrong book was sent and crap like that. People can be mean.

Anyway, I hope things get better for you soon.

Yes, the situation with my mom is sad. Florida is full of these facilities with problems. The hospital advised me that she should go there for physical therapy, but thanks to numerous people working in the facility, it's highly unlikely that she will walk again. The idiots left her sitting in a wheelchair in the hallway from 930am until 730pm on July 17th of 2016. They then followed the neglect by covering up in various ways. I actually had to have an attorney call and demand she be taken to the ER. A lengthy story, but when I finally got her transported to the ER, an ultrasound showed blood clots in both legs.

You may have misunderstood the point of my post. It wasn't because an idiot left a 1-star on Blueprint - I knew that a long time ago. I think the review has been there for a year or close to it. The point is that the idiot is a cop. He states that in a review of some sunglasses.

A cop sunk the book with the claim that my book doesn't give him enough information. That sounds like an endorsement on my side. I'm happy that a cop didn't like it.

Beyond that, I dwell on reality. I've never had my head in the sky and pretended that everything was great if it was not. I understand your view and know plenty of people who think like that - always be positive, never worry or allow negativity to enter your mind etc... etc... Definitely not my thing! I'm me and I'm set in my ways. And my ways have served me well over the years, in the escort business, during the malicious prosecution, and throughout my life in general. I do like me just like I am, but thanks for sharing your viewpoint.

Don't look at the post from a negative point. Look at it like a cop endorsed Blueprint for an Escort Service. Makes his stupid review more palatable to me!

Best to you in your entrepreneurial pursuits!

Hey Vicki,
Hopefully at the time of this post your ok with your mom. My question involves that last update of your book 5-6 years ago. With a lot on the website mentioned about changed laws, is your last updated version still 100% as useful regardless of legal? If a lot has happened in 6 years i would expect to see a more current 2017-18 update

Well, since I've never advised anyone to advertise their business on TER or Backpage, nothing has really changed at this point in time. However, none of us know what the future will bring with FOSTA / SESTA so no way to answer about tomorrow and beyond.

It's unlikely that I will update any books or the Blueprint updates on the website. Depends what happens next, but I may remove my books from sales platforms.

Other than an occasional non-working link everything in the books and website still stands. My methods never depended on paying to advertise on online platforms.

I have gone through the blog and deleted the non-working links. In the process, I decided that you are correct. I am going to write a Blueprint 2018 edition. When it's finished I will remove the previous editions of the books. Information that's still relevant will copy over, but non-working links are annoying, so I need to. I will also add new information of course.

With FOSTA / SESTA now law some situations have changed. I probably will not include links in the 2018 book though as it will be my final work on the subject.

I have personal obligations to deal with at this time in life, so I look for a publish date sometime in July. Oh and thank you for asking about my mom.
